How Grand Fusion Computers collects, uses, and protects your information — and how email and text-message (SMS) consent works.

Kordevra Studio is a brand of Grand Fusion Computers. We operate from California, United States.
This policy explains how Grand Fusion Computers (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through kordevrastudio.com and our forms, including the AI diagnostic and contact requests. It also describes how you consent to receive — and can stop — email and text messages from us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, who process it on our behalf under their own terms:
To understand, organize, and summarize your project requirements, the information you provide through our onboarding chat and diagnostic may be processed by third-party AI services (our AI model providers). We send them the business, website, and project details of your request and your conversation content; we do not send your name, email, or phone number to these AI providers. The AI helps our team prepare your draft — a human reviews every request, and the AI does not make decisions about you.
We only text you about your own request — for example your audit, project, an appointment, or follow-up — if you give us your mobile number. We do not run SMS marketing or promotional campaigns.
Most of our email is transactional: we confirm your request, deliver your homepage draft, and answer you about your project.
After we deliver a draft we may also send a short series of follow-up messages asking what you thought of it. Those are commercial messages, so each one identifies Grand Fusion Computers, includes our physical mailing address, and carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the follow-ups permanently; we still reply to anything you write to us directly. We do not send newsletters or bulk marketing blasts, and we never sell or rent your email address.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and advertising measurement. To run and measure ads on Facebook/Instagram and Google, we may use the Meta Pixel and Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads). These help us understand which ads bring visitors and to show relevant ads (including retargeting). Under some laws this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these advertising/analytics cookies — they load only if you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.
You can also opt out via your browser's cookie controls or adjust your Meta and Google ad settings, or contact us to request that we not share your information for advertising.
Where applicable, California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request access to or deletion of their personal information and may opt out of the “sharing” of it. We do not sell personal information. We do share it for cross-context behavioral advertising when you accept advertising cookies — see Cookies, analytics & advertising. You can opt out at any time by declining the banner, changing your choice in Cookie settings, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour automatically. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Canada (CASL/PIPEDA): we send commercial messages only with your consent, identify ourselves in every message, include an unsubscribe mechanism, and let you withdraw consent at any time. You may also request access to your personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
