You do — completely. The code, the design, the content and the domain are in your name. While you're on the care plan we pay for and manage the hosting and handle the renewals, and we hand the keys over the day you ask. No licensing fees, no exit fee.

Yes — every build includes it, and it's part of why the build price is this low. It covers the hosting bill, your domain renewal, SSL, daily backups, security updates, unlimited small edits and tech support. It starts the day your site goes live, not before. Cancel anytime after the first 3 months — and if you cancel we hand over hosting, domain and files within 5 business days.

We do — that's the biggest part of the care plan. Your monthly covers the hosting bill itself (we pay it), domain registration and renewal, SSL, daily backups and uptime monitoring, so you never get a “your site is down” surprise. The domain stays registered in your name, and if you leave we transfer hosting and domain to your accounts and hand over the code.

Yes — tell us what's off and we'll adjust it once so you can judge it fairly. The draft is one focused first pass, our best read of your business, delivered in about 48 hours. Once you pick a plan, revisions on your homepage are part of the paid build until it's right.

Nothing. You tell us it's not for you, and that's the end of it — no invoice, no guilt-trip. We'll send a few short emails asking what you thought; one click unsubscribes and they stop for good. The draft link stays yours either way. The whole point of doing it this way is that you risk nothing.

We match the platform to the job. For fast, custom marketing sites we usually build in React/Next.js. If you need to edit content constantly, we'll set you up with a CMS. If WordPress genuinely fits your workflow better, we'll tell you honestly instead of forcing our stack on you.

After you approve the draft and pick a plan: Starter sites go live in about 5 business days, Growth in 7–10, and Premium and Enterprise timelines are scoped on your call. You'll get a clear milestone schedule before we start.
